First Aid Clearly signposted at the venue; follow the green cross symbols.
Security Desk Main concourse, Hall Entrance. Open during build, show and breakdown.
Emergency Dial 112 and alert the nearest staff member immediately.

Core Safety Rules

  • Follow all venue safety, security and emergency instructions.
  • Keep aisles and fire exits clear; do not tamper with safety equipment.
  • Report hazards, spills or unsafe behaviour immediately.
  • No smoking or vaping except in designated areas.
  • Children under 15 are not admitted to show halls.

Medical & Security

  • First Aid and ambulance support are available during open days and build-up/breakdown.
  • Security operates 24/7. Unattended items may be removed for safety.
  • In an emergency, move to a safe location and follow staff instructions.

Build-Up & Breakdown

  • Contractors must wear high-visibility clothing and safety footwear.
  • Tools and ladders: trained personnel only; follow manuals and load limits.
  • Electrical work must be certified by the organiser’s approved supplier.
  • Waste and packing materials must be removed promptly.

Do I need a face covering?
Face coverings are optional unless required by current public health guidance or venue policy.
What should I do if I feel unwell?
Visit First Aid immediately or notify the nearest staff member or security guard.
